Bob Milhoan

Bob Milhoan specializes in industrial properties, bank owned and distressed properties and development land. He has over 25 years of background in marketing, advertising, and public relations in industries ranging from manufacturing, to media to real estate. Bob is a graduate of the University of South Florida. He is very active in leadership positions for the Sarasota Association of Realtors. He is currently on the Board of Directors for the Sarasota Association of Realtors, the Board of Directors for the Commercial Investment Division, Past Chairman of the Public Policy Committee, serves on the SAR Leadership Committee and is a Sarasota Association of Realtors Political Action Advisory Trustee. Before entering the commercial real estate business, Bob was Sr. Vice President of a firm in the Multi-family Housing industry targeting REITS and Property Management companies nationwide. His marketing experience gives Bob the skill to effectively target the marketing efforts for any property directly to the greatest audience of potential buyers.
